We allow for a full refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please notify us in writing (either via email or post) within the 14 day period for it to be valid. 


Please download the returns form, fill it in and mail it along with your clothing item(s) to

REPAIRS


If you have a SETTS product in need of repair, we are happy to do that for you free of charge, within reason. This applies to damage that comes from normal wear and does not apply to forms of damage that result from accidents or mishandling. Please read the care instructions for your garment carefully. 


Before sending an item, send photos of the damages to support@setts.eu. We will contact you shortly with a response. 


After that, please download, print and follow the steps in our repairs form to submit an item for repair.


Once we have received that, we will evaluate your item and respond with the best solution we can offer. This might take up to two weeks. 


Please note that we cannot offer our free repair service without the necessary documentation, including a sales invoice. 


Our repair service is free of charge, but we ask that you pay the postage.


All items must be clean. If the item is deemed irreparable, we will inform you and send the item back.
